We allow both cats and dogs at Alvista Nine Mile, with a limit of two pets per apartment, and there is a one time fee of $300. Then both cats and dogs have a monthly fee of $35 that is added onto your rent.
We also have restrictions on what types of cats and dogs can be brought into the apartment complex, with the rules being the Greystar breeding restrictions.
The Greystar breeding restrictions come from the company that owns many of the apartments in the Colorado area, including Alvista Nine Mile communities. These breeds, whether purebred or mixed blood, are restricted.

All these breeds will not be allowed in our community, although some exceptions will be made for animals that are registered to assist people who have disabilities. If you have any questions, please talk to the leasing office.
Making Sure Your Pet Enjoys The Move
Moving can be hard on both people and pets, and in order to make sure that everyone is kept safe and happy during your move, you should do your best to soothe your pet before getting them ready for a trip to their new home. For example, talking to your pets, whether they can understand you or not, is a great way to communicate about the move.
Once you get to Alvista Nine Mile, then you can take your dogs out to our Bark Park and around the property. Let them get a good sniff around the property and the other dogs and cats who call this place home, and you might be able to meet and make some new friends too.
Then you both can get used to calling your new apartment your brand new home, and after a while it will be a place that feels like a real home for you. So don’t be afraid to reach out and come schedule a tour, because our apartments will be the perfect home for you and your furry friend!
